Location: Swansea
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + package

Pro Staff Construction are working with a growing construction developer seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple new build projects across South Wales.

You'll manage programmes, budgets, site teams, client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Requirements:
Previous Contracts Manager experience
Residential construction background
Strong leadership and organisational skills
CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
